• Review the changes with your management and adjust accordingly.

CEO will then:

• Develop the strategic implementation plan with the company's staff or provide it independently.
• Assist your staff with the skilled coaching by an assigned executive to implement this plan.
• Describe the integration and development of the plan to your staff so that they can continue to improve this plan in the future.
• Alternatively, CEO can take charge and perform implementation with modest internal support or manage the process, with joint implementation with your personnel.
