  • Prepare a detailed plan consistent with your budget and timeline requirements that is focused on achieving your company's goals and objectives.

When you're ready for program implementation, the following four options are available:

  • Your internal team members can implement the recommendations without CEO's involvement.
  • CEO can provide guidance to your team members to implement the recommendations.
  • CEO can manage the process, with joint implementation.
  • CEO can take charge and perform implementation with modest internal support.
