STAN DACHINGER

As a result of Stan’s engineering, manufacturing and background as president of a significant division of a large corporation, and his successful effort in growing that division (as president) from $8M./year to over $80 M/year, he has shown his extensive capabilities.  Now as an Executive/Partner at CEO for the past several years, he has become a leading authority in the training to accomplish development and implementation of ISO Quality systems.  He and his staff provide the training to your people so they can then prepare the manual, tier one procedures and all supporting procedures/work instructions (including all required forms).  Stan and his staff accomplish this by intently teaching your people so that the documentation they prepare will really describe how you do business and is in accordance with the ISO requirements.  In the process of accomplishing this task your people will embrace and implement the system.  This is then followed by auditing and support training so you can go on to achieve CERTIFICATION.  Stan’s successful training efforts include programs for the full range of ISO systems, including ISO 13485 for medical products, etc.

EXECUTIVE PROFILE

STANLEY S. DACHINGER

Mr. Dachinger served as president of a major biomedical product development and manufacturing company in the life sciences.  He successfully  led the business in the design of equipment and systems for the research scientific community.  The products were directed towards the search for the cure for many devastating illnesses.  This effort has been instrumental in the identification of the human genetic chain and new drug discovery processes.  He served as vice president of operations for numerous manufacturing companies and was involved in ultrasonic instrumentation, electronic banking, and automated credit verification.  He implemented the corporate worldwide quality standards for a large semiconductor manufacturer as their director of quality control.

He is an experienced business professional, with broad-based technical background in all areas of operations.  His expertise includes manufacturing, industrial engineering, technical service, production control, quality management, system implementation, manufacturing engineering, materials, human resources budgeting, and project and program management.  He successfully interfaced with all levels of corporate management and personnel.  His well-developed leadership skills encompass hiring, directing, coaching and motivating subordinates.  His background includes tqm training, cellular manufacturing, kanban inventory control, CQI implementation and ISO 9001 implementation/certification.  His overall experience encompasses 10 years as a design engineer, 7 years in quality control and 13 years as a senior executive.

Mr. Dachinger’s extensive experience has provided a broad base of knowledge in many areas of business.  His abilities and achievments have greatly benefited the success of many companies.

Mr. Dachinger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electronic engineering from Long Island University and brings over 30 years of experience in engineering and manufacturing business management to Corporate America.

COMPLETE SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT THAT RESULTS IN CERTIFICATION TRAINING

CEO’s Stan Dachinger, with his staff, train your staff and employees in how to then separately prepare their Manual, the top Tier 1 procedures and all of the supporting procedures and work instructions.  We make sure they understand how to describe what you do and also stay in compliance with the ISO standard.  The result is a full set of documentation prepared by the company that now must be implemented and measured in terms of audits for compliance.  CEO provides this training. 

DEVELOP SUPPORTING QUALITY SYSTEMS TRAINING

Stan, with his staff, can train your personnel in how to fully prepare supporting FDA operating procedures for ISO 13485 or mil spec procedures to support ISO 9100. Such procedures become a supporting system to the applicable ISO Quality System, developed as describe above.

Offering Description:     Our training courses can be selected based on the specific company and industry requirements of each client.  (American Std., Aerospace, Automotive, Environmental Requirements).  For a client to develop its Quality System we offer the following courses:

  • A Training Overview of ISO, its Requirements, Why ISO and What Does It Accomplish

  • Training in the Requirements of the ISO Quality Manual

  • Quality Management System Training

  • Management Review and Responsibility Training

  • Training in the Utilization of Resources

  • Product Realization and Customer Requirements Training

  • How to Organize Your Design and Development Processes

  • Purchasing Requirements Training

  • Production Processes and Services Training

  • Training in How to Control Monitoring and Measuring Devices

  • Training in How to Establish Internal Audits

  • Training in Inspection/Test Measurement and Improvement Systems

  • Non-Conforming Product Control Training

  • How to Accomplish Corrective and Preventive Action Training

Training will include the preparation of all supporting procedures and work instructions that may be required in each of the above areas.

All or some of the above courses can be grouped/selected by a client to form a total training project that suits the particular client’s requirements.  Also, based on a particular client’s requirements and needs, individual courses can require from two to eight or more, four hour sessions to complete and can accommodate up to 60 trainees.  The number of trainees at any given session usually depends upon how many employees the particular client/company can afford to provide for training so that the effort is in concert with daily work schedules.  This and the depth of required training for any of the above offered courses will be determined by discussion with each client, as the training project is planned.

Costs are dependent on the number of sessions established.


Offering Title:                  ISO Quality System Re-certification Training

Offering Description:     Our training courses can be selected based on the specific company and industry requirements of each client.  (American Std., Aerospace, Automotive, Environmental Requirements).  For a client whose Quality System is already developed, we offer updates and refresher courses to prepare for the re-certification process of its Quality System.  We offer the following courses:

  • ISO Internal Auditing and Use of Statistical Analysis Techniques Training

  • Training in the Practical Application and Accomplishment of Internal Auditing

  • Change in QC to QA Mentality Training

  • Application of Statistical Techniques Training

These courses can be provided individually or collectively, as a Training Project.  Each course is offered from two to several, four hour sessions and can provide training up to 60 trainees, as the individual client requires.  Again, the depth of required training for any of these offered courses is tailored to the clients needs.

Costs are dependent on the number of sessions established.
