Again, as you can see from the following profile, Mr. Caputo has been highly successful as CFO for a very large Fortune 500 company in not only the area of Finance and Cash Flow but also in the company’s Operational Software or Information System development. He is also Six Sigma certified.
Mr. Caputo brought these capabilities to CEO, and now, during the past few years, has become a true expert in understanding several different types of Information Systems, in addition to furthering his knowledge and capabilities involving finance, accounting and cash flow management. He now brings this knowledge to providing training programs in the areas of Information Systems, Finance and Cash Flow Management.
In the areas of Finance and Cash Flow, CEO is now affiliated with two other companies who provide (a) very high level and detailed CFO capabilities and (b) merger and acquisition experience.

PHILIP A. CAPUTO
Philip A Caputo served as CFO for a $1.7 billion division of a Fortune 500 company. His experience of over 25 years and leadership had a direct impact in the success and profitability for a global leader in the design, manufacturing, and distribution businesses. He rolled out and managed the set-up and testing of Sarbanes-Oxley for a 300- person Global finance organization. He has initiated cost controls that resulted in operation profit improvement from 7% to 25% of sales in less than 3 years and achieved cash conversion of over 130% of sales.
His unique knowledge and background in finance, systems and operations allowed him to direct integration of 14 acquired company’s saving of over 10 million dollars through consolidation of Finance, IT staff and systems into a centralized system without increasing staff. He successfully implemented several new ERP systems for manufacturing, distribution and accounting resulting in company cost savings. He achieved this through programming automation, as well as developing and designing many process improvements in all areas of the company by customizing the software while leaving our core programs intact.
He is a highly successful financial executive with an extensive background in financial cost controls, acquisitions and integrations in complex manufacturing and distribution organizations. He is a results-oriented professional who drives change with consistent focus on improving profitability and cash. Areas of expertise include Strategic Planning, Annual Operating Plans, Cost Accounting, Six Sigma Certified, System & Process Implementation, Asset & Cash Management, Forecasting/Budgeting/Scenario Analysis, Global Team Management & Leadership Financial Controls & Management Financial Analysis, Purchase Accounting, Acquisition Due Diligence, Sales Oriented Business Partner, and Operational & Manufacturing system process improvement. Mr. Caputo holds a B.Sc. Degree in Accounting and Marketing from NYIT. He is Six Sigma certified and is a specialist in GE Bullet Train savings concepts. He has won many awards for achievement including 1 of the 3 Leadership awards given out from a 130,000-employee corporation. He was also awarded a company MVP voted by the sales organization for being a business partner that helped to promote sales growth allowing them to achieving sales goals.
Mr. Caputo also runs a successful retail franchise as well as an import business. He is a member of the HIA and the FENG.
