- Survey present and future IS requirements to increase efficiency and improve the operation of your business.
- Prepare a detailed plan that defines system changes, budget and timeline requirements. This may address an upgrading of your current system(s) or replacement by a new system.
When you’re ready, Phil then can accomplish the following options:
- Take charge and perform implementation upgrades to the existing system with modest internal support.
- Provide guidance to your team members to implement the recommendations into the existing system.
- Can manage the process, with joint implementation into your existing system.
- Your internal team members can implement the recommendations without CEO’s involvement.
- Or, Select/Implement a completely new system.
CEO does not sell hardware or software, we will assist your organization to find and select suitable products that support your IS/IT system.
FINANCE AND CASH FLOW MANAGEMENT
The Financial, Accounting and Cash Flow Management function of the business is the key to successfully managing the company. This is an area where the CEO team led by Phil Caputo has had outstanding success in assisting our clients to obtain major business improvements in profitability. As a small entrepreneurial business grows into a larger corporation, a structure is put in place guided by the mission and vision of the ownership. These directions provide the goals for the company.
Mr. Caputo has assisted clients in the development and implementation of business plans that focus on improved financial controls, improved banking/financing, and improved vendor relationships while providing a greater degree of visibility to management. This plan, when followed, also provides management with tools that will identify business problems in advance, so that timely corrective action can be taken.
