James
H. Thompson, a founding partner of Cooperating Executives
Organization, has extensive experience in determining
and establishing company organizational structures
with fully integrated and efficient functional responsibilities
and relationships.
Mr.
Thompson has been highly successful in developing
and implementing new marketing strategies. He has
an in-depth knowledge of marketing, sales and business
contracting. He has prepared and directed the preparation
of marketing and business plans. He is also an expert
in teaching proposal preparation and negotiation.
Mr.
Thompson has extensive experience in the program management
of complex programs. He has supervised and trained
managers in the areas of schedule development and
adherence, program budgeting, assets management and
customer interface.
Recently,
in accord with ISO requirements, he has developed
complete company procedures manuals.
Mr.
Thompson is a graduate engineer from Columbia University
with B.A., B.S. and M.S. degrees. His previous working
experience includes ten years as a mechanical engineer,
six years in program management and fifteen years
in marketing and sales. He held vice president level
positions, reporting directly to president and CEO
levels.
