Edward
J. Pruitt, a partner of Cooperating Executives Organization,
LLC, has over 15 years of sr. management experience
in Manufacturing Operations and approximately 20 years
experience in the Telecommunication Industry. Mr.
Pruitt has experience in both small (multi-million)
and large (billion dollar) operations. He held Vice
President level positions, reporting directly to the
President and CEO, with direct responsibility for
the Purchasing, Production Planning, Assembly, Testing,
Manufacturing Engineering and Test Engineering functions
and dotted-line responsibility for the Human Resources,
Information Systems, Finance, Sales Administration,
Engineering Services, Facility Maintenance and Security
functions
Mr. Pruitt's areas of expertise include: building
and leading highly effective teams, developing and
executing strategic plans, managing rapid growth,
controlling and reducing cost, improving product and
process quality, optimizing inventory and other assets,
establishing subcontractor relationships and manufacturing
licensees, selecting and implementing Enterprise Resource
Planning systems, implementing Lean Manufacturing
Practices and Skilled Based Compensation Programs,
Aiding the Product Realization process, Merger and
Acquisition assessment and integration.
He
also serves as First Vice President, Board Member
and Chairperson of the Manufacturing/Engineering Committee
for the Hauppauge Industrial Association (HIA), and
has been a featured speaker at various professional
organizations, colleges and universities.
