Robert Curtis

As you can see from the following Executive Profile, Mr. Curtis has extensive experience in defining and successfully implementing improvements into Operations/Manufacturing processes.  He is recognized as one of the few a leading and successful authorities regarding Full Lean Implementation in NY State

ROBERT CURTIS

Mr. Curtis has 27 years of experience as a Senior Executive in Manufacturing and Distribution Operations. He has managed as Vice President, and Executive Vice President for firms in consumer products,  including cosmetics, skin care, fragrances, accessories, and medical and hospital supplies. He has had P & L responsibility reporting directly to the CEO. He was responsible for functions including Forecasting, Purchasing, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Distribution, including international operations for a major cosmetics firm serving both department and specialty stores and mass markets. He has had experience in small privately held firms and in larger public companies.

As a management consultant for 10 years for cosmetics, medical, etc. involving U.S. Government manufacturing and distribution firms, Mr. Curtis led teams through the process of discovery, analysis, and identification of alternative operations, to provide improvement opportunities to clients. Nicholas A. Vitarelli

Mr. Vitarelli is a successful business executive with over 25 years of senior management experience in both Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain on a global basis. He served as Vice President of Supply Chain, on a world wide basis, for a fortune 100 Aerospace and Electronics Company. Responsibilities included, Global Sourcing, Planning, Warehousing, and Logistics, this position, reported directly to the President.  Prior to this position Mr. Vitarelli was the Vice President of Operations. Mr. Vitarelli‘s was responsible for Manufacturing, Purchasing and Warehousing for this multi-national operation. Prior to this he was Director of Operations, reporting to the President, of a major Pharmaceutical Company. In this capacity, he was responsible for a multi-plant U. S. based Manufacturing operation.

Mr. Vitarelli’s areas of expertise include: Six Sigma, green belt certified,  Training and Implementation of Lean Manufacturing Process, Developing and executing short and long term business plans, reducing material cost, acquisitions,  reducing indirect cost through the use of the “Quick” Savings” team approach, successfully implementing the 5 “s” program, and effectively implementing an e-auction programs.

Mr. Vitarelli has an MBA degree in Business management from New York Institute of Technology and has over 25 years of expertise in operations and purchasing management.

QUALITY SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT

STANLEY DACHINGER

As a result of Stan’s engineering, manufacturing and background as president of a significant division of a large corporation, and his successful efforts in growing that division (as president) from $8M./year to over $80 M/year, he has shown his extensive capabilities.  Now as an Executive/Partner at CEO for the past several years, he has become a leading authority in the development and implementation of ISO Quality systems.  He and his staff of two other individuals prepare your manual, tier one procedures and all supporting procedures/work instructions (including all required forms).  Stan and his staff accomplish this by intently interfacing with your people so that the documentation really describes how you do business and in accordance with the ISO requirements.  In the process of accomplishing this task your people embrace and implement the system.  This is then followed by auditing and support through CERTIFICATION.  His goal is to get you through certification.  Stan’s successful efforts include programs for the full range of ISO systems, including ISO 13485 for medical products, etc.

STANLEY S. DACHINGER

Mr. Dachinger served as president of a major biomedical product development and manufacturing company in the life sciences.  He successfully  led the business in the design of equipment and systems for the research scientific community.  The products were directed towards the search for the cure for many devastating illnesses.  This effort has been instrumental in the identification of the human genetic chain and new drug discovery processes.  He served as vice president of operations for numerous manufacturing companies and was involved in ultrasonic instrumentation, electronic banking, and automated credit verification.  He implemented the corporate worldwide quality standards for a large semiconductor manufacturer as their director of quality control.

He is an experienced business professional, with broad-based technical background in all areas of operations.  His expertise includes manufacturing, industrial engineering, technical service, production control, quality management, system implementation, manufacturing engineering, materials, human resources budgeting, and project and program management.  He successfully interfaced with all levels of corporate management and personnel.  His well-developed leadership skills encompass hiring, directing, coaching and motivating subordinates.  His background includes tqm training, cellular manufacturing, kanban inventory control, CQI implementation and ISO 9001 implementation/certification.  His overall experience encompasses 10 years as a design engineer, 7 years in quality control and 13 years as a senior executive.

RICHARD M. D’AMBROSIO

Mr. D’ambrosio brings to your organization twenty-five years of diversified experience in the general management, marketing, and sales sectors of corporate america.  He has held positions of executive vice president, chief operating officer and member of the board of directors for both small and medium sized manufacturing companies.

Offering hands-on experience, Mr. D’ambrosio has successfully re-structured negative cash flow corporations and guided their return to profitability.  He has demonstrated abilities in team building, training and motivating personnel to achieve their full potential.

As a CEO team member, Mr. D’Ambrosio has successfully re-engineered the marketing and sales functions of several client companies, resulting in significantly increased business distributed over a broader customer base.

Again, as you can see from the following profile, Mr. Caputo has been highly successful as CFO for a very large Fortune 500 company in not only the area of Finance and Cash Flow but also in the company’s Operational Software or Information System development.  He is also Six Sigma certified.

Mr. Caputo brought these capabilities to CEO, and now, during the past few years, has become a true expert in understanding several different types of Information Systems, in addition to furthering his knowledge and capabilities involving finance, accounting and cash flow management.  He now brings this knowledge to providing training programs in the areas of Information Systems, Finance and Cash Flow Management.

PHILIP A. CAPUTO

Philip A Caputo served as CFO for a $1.7 billion division of a Fortune 500 company. His experience of over 25 years and leadership had a direct impact in the success and profitability for a global leader in the design, manufacturing, and distribution businesses. He rolled out and managed the set-up and testing of Sarbanes-Oxley for a 300- person Global finance organization. He has initiated cost controls that resulted in operation profit improvement from 7% to 25% of sales in less than 3 years and achieved cash conversion of over 130% of sales.

His unique knowledge and background in finance, systems and operations allowed him to direct integration of 14 acquired company’s saving of over 10 million dollars through consolidation of Finance, IT staff and systems into a centralized system without increasing staff. He successfully implemented several new ERP systems for manufacturing, distribution and accounting resulting in company cost savings. He achieved this through programming automation, as well as developing and designing many process improvements in all areas of the company by customizing the software while leaving our core programs intact.

Linda F. Levy

Ms. Levy has over 20 years experience in general management, sales management and financial management in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, service and distribution.     She has held Director, General Manager and Controller level positions with direct responsibility for accounting, finance, sales, marketing, advertising, purchasing, payroll, human resources and information technology.
